1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

9Account Suspension and Termination

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ong777 support team. Before the closure is processed, all valid balances (after applicable wagering requirements have been deducted) will be returned to the member via the original payment method used.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower.
